WHO WE ARE

Groves Security Solutions has been providing security and investigative services to communities across the country for over 30 years. Our team works to develop specialized security solutions for each client while using one common set of service delivery management and measurement tools. Founded in 1987, the Company employs a team of highly trained guards, dedicated to providing exceptional service. We employ over 150 licensed and trained security officers in the United States, with offices in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Louisiana and Texas.

OUR TEAM

At Groves Security Solutions, we believe our success depends on our people. Our on-boarding process goes well beyond the industry norm to focus on selecting world-class employees. In addition, our process identifies candidates who possess important traits we believe are critical to both of our organizations, such as honesty, integrity and a strong service orientation suited to the operating environment.

 
 

OUR TRAINING PROCESS

MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS

Our managers and supervisors are highly-trained officers with at least 3 years’ experience in the security industry. They each have successfully completed our Security Supervisor training program, which focuses service excellence, counselling and coaching, and managing performance.

SECURITY GUARDS

In addition to successfully completing all state-required security training, employees participate in monthly firearm safety training and evaluations. We also hold classroom review sessions to ensure employees are both mentally and physically equipped to efficiently handle any situation.
